Frankly I was bit skeptical after reading the online reviews but my experience with them was very positive. I had some issues with my new Hisense 75inch TV. I raised my request with Hisense and they organised a new replacement. Entire process was very smooth and quick. Thanks to Calum, Ken & Susan for their great customer service. I could've given them 5* but they spelt my name incorrect in docs ;)... lol..

These guys are useless. Put a warranty claim in through Samsung who initially told me a technician would come and view the fault. Impulse contacted me and asked for photos of the fault, serial number and receipt. All of which were provided. I have contacted them twice since providing those pictures in which they responded stating they were waiting for Samsung. I expressed concern as a 3 year warranty period was about to expire. On our system it shows there were multiple contact attempts to a phone number and we only have 3 days from the issuing of the job by the manufacturer to contact you and start the repair process. I echo the comments of others who say ... stay away! I bought a Hoover washing machine that had a problem with the bearing. These guys got the job to repair on 7 Feb. They called the next day and booked it in for 15 Feb. I had to be home all day. At 5:19pm on that day, their tech left a message saying that as it was a three hour job and he had another job in Mt. Waverley he wouldnt be able to make it and would do the repair on 21 Feb. Why would they not advise me sometime earlier that as it was a 3 hour job they wouldnt make... read more

I was charged top dollar for repairs, had to take my lg dvd into them on 4 different occasions, they kept the dvd for 6 weeks on one occasion. Since 28.12.2011 - 02.05.2012 I have had my dvd for 39 days, they had it for 80 days, problem never fixed they then claimed that as the 90 day warranty had expired wanted to charge me for the same part again. I then offered to pay for the part and take it up with consumer affairs to be told by them that i cannot have it and walked away with my dvd. The information was not on their sys... read more
